Terminus Design Group was established in 2021 and is led by its founding partners, Christopher Hunkele and Neil Waddle, each having emerged from diverse architectural backgrounds in the Atlanta market. They met in 2014 working at a well-known firm together, and have since maintained the goal of starting Terminus Design Group. Together they have over 25 years of experience designing high end custom residences, large scale multi-family and mixed-use developments, high-rise office buildings, restaurant design, adaptive use, core and shell rehabilitation, place-making and higher education projects. They have also worked with several national retail brands and franchises throughout their careers and managed projects of all sizes through every phase.

 

We specialize in multiple disciplines including architecture, urban design, master planning, and historic preservation. While our focus is on the built environment, we have also been known to take on graphic design, architectural rendering, and web design from time to time.
