Paul Gibbs is the owner and future resident of 92 Thompson Street. Paul and his wife Linda live in Roswell, and have a daughter at Georgia Tech and a son who is a senior at Roswell High.
Paul has enjoyed a long career in the IT industry, and has spent the last decade investing and developing in the commercial real estate market across Roswell, Woodstock, Milton, and Alpharetta. Paul is an owner of Atlanta based retailer Builders Liquidators, as well as Impresa Building Systems in South Carolina, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
Paul and Linda's vision for 92 Thompson Street is to create a product that does not exist in the Downtown Alpharetta market today: exclusive luxury living in an expansive single floor condominium. They are building their home, and caring for every detail to create what will surely be one of the most exclusive addresses in Alpharetta.
